Rivendell was designed and built for the owner, Rivendell Apartments LLC, owned by the Ferguson family of Seattle. Construction was completed in 1999.
Management is provided by Ferguson Property Management LLC, also owned by the Ferguson family, with offices in the adjacent Wilsonian Apartments.
On site management is provided by Norman Thomas, Resident Manager and Dan Morris, Assistant Manager. Roy has 10 years experience in on-site management.
Lindsey Blodgett, Events Coordinator for the adjacent Wilsonian Grand Ballroom, helps out as needed.
The managers keep office hours generally from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekends. Both Roy and Dan live in The Wilsonian next door and someone is always available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week for emergencies.
