- Our Goals. To assure that Rivendell is the best, most ably managed residential community in its geographic and economic market, and that Rivendell residents are entirely satisfied with their homes, the buidling and the surrounding communities.
- Pets. We love cats (but require pet agreements and a deposit). We concur with our cat's views about dogs and do not accept them.
- Deposit. Equal to one month's rent.
- Lease Term. Generally one year, but open to discussion.
- Utilities. Each home is separately metered for electricity, water and sewer. Trash and recycling are paid by the building. Rivendell is Built SmartTM, an energy efficient building.
- Parking. Single spaces in the 2-level, below ground, gated garage rent for $60/month, tandem spaces for $90/month. Generally, parking is available or will come available shortly.
- Where to Park When Coming To View A Residence. Talk to Greg or Sam. Usually on-street parking will be available close by.
- Office Hours. As a general rule, the office for Rivendell is open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays and 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekends. Residences can be viewed anytime by telephone appointment, call (206) 524-2664.
- High Speed Internet Access. Rivendell has high-speed cable and DSL access with outlets in every room in every residence and up to 8 CAT-5 phone lines in each room.
- Extra Storage. Padlocked storage lockers are available for rent on both parking levels.
